I think 10 to 13 kg/MT Binding wire is required to bind the reinf. steel. Actually it depends upon the sizes of bars. It consumed less in slab binding whereas it consumes more in columns. But it can be vary in Bridge structure.

2ton, it actually depends on the design given to in which
the spacing varies so wire required also varies for column
footin and slab. u can just assume a small quanity of wire
to avoid wastage.
