The Material master contains the field item category group
twice .A general item category group and an item category
group only because you need to specify it for inbound
deliveries by general item category which does not refer to
sales org and dist channel and other item category is used
to determine sales order item for eg outbound delivery.
The fields are mentioned in Material Master (MM03) salesorg2
view.

Materials grouping that helps the system to determine item
categories during sales document processing. If a group is
configured specific to distribution channel; it has
priority if the corresponding activity is distribution
channel-dependent. Example--> Service items or packing
items have no delivery so it will pick up from Gen Item
category Grp.Especially for Inbound delivery for MM
In SD Item Cat Group will be pick-up for outbound delivery.

I have done account determination but when i releasing the document to accounting error showing "error in account determination". What is the problem & how to solve this.
I have advance payment scenario where customer want advance payment cannot be used against another sales order and against any credit limit. Let me put one example. Customer X is having credit limit of 1000 USD, if my client is received customized product order then he will take advance for this special order but customer X is already enjoying credit limit of 1000 USD. In this scenario my client wants advance payment received cannot use against any sales order and against any credit limit. If I will post advance payment in F-29 then customer credit exposure will decrease against credit limit in FD32 which will affect normal sales order credit limit. Here customer does not want to utilize advance payment against credit limit of customer which is use for normal sales order. Please suggest
