Automatic delivery will be set for the sales order
type/delivery document type (there is check box=Auto Pakg)
and not at the item level.

Reference materials are a useful way to save time (you will
probably need to activate for material master).

master at the in basi data 1`

then you can also configure it at LOGISTICVS EXECUTION (
PACKING )

u r all giving answers right but not in clear mode.
first we have cofigure the!(1) generel packing material group
(2)packing material type
(3)now we have to assign the packing material type to
general packing materil group.
the enduser work starts
now creat the packing materil by using the material type
as "verp"
in packing material we have to mention in basic data1
screen
gen packaing materil group and packing material type
and the allowed weight.
now creat the actual material.
now create the so and do the delivery in the delivery the
packing material automatically comes.

I have two different terms of payment one is grace period of 10 days and other one is 15 days. Now I have two set of materials, one is set A and other one is Set B. If a customer initiate a sales order for Set B materials then the customer should get terms of payment of 15 days or else I should get 10 days terms of payment in sales order.
