A sales order can have multiple shipping point. In that
case when you cerate delivery there will be a delivery
split.

A delivery is always created in a shipping point. So it
cannot have multiple shipping point

A delivery cannot.... becoz shipping point is an header
data for delivery.

When creating delivery from an order having multiple
shipping point....delivery will be splitted.

Because the shipping is determined automatically for each
item in the sales document and the default value can be
latet changed manually if it needed.
A delivery document create at exactly one shipping point.

So many number of shipping points caused to split the
delivery from one to many according to the shipping points.

I have two different terms of payment one is grace period of 10 days and other one is 15 days. Now I have two set of materials, one is set A and other one is Set B. If a customer initiate a sales order for Set B materials then the customer should get terms of payment of 15 days or else I should get 10 days terms of payment in sales order. How can I overcome this.
