Can a Sales Order and Delivery have multiple shipping
points? If yes what will happen to sales order & delivery?

A sales order can have multiple shipping point. In that
case when you cerate delivery there will be a delivery
split.
A delivery is always created in a shipping point. So it
cannot have multiple shipping point
