1)How many types of campaign are their?
Answer: There are different types of campaigns like E-mail
campaigns, Call list can be generated, Campaigns can be run
to create leads etc.,
2)In SAP CRM 4.0 we used SAP
GUI, in CRM 5.0 it was PCUI and in CRM 7.0 it is WEB UI.

The answer to the 2nd part of the question is, The key
difference between all the mentioned versions is the GUI
used at the presentation level. In SAP CRM 4.0 we used SAP
GUI, in CRM 5.0 it was PCUI and in CRM 7.0 it is WEB UI.

There are different types of campains based on the
requirement of the client and sort of business environiment
he is running, for eg:{ e-mail camp, tradefair camp,
inhouse camp, newspaper camp, fm radio camp, ETC...}
but all the campains leads to LEAD GENERATION ONLY.

2ND PART, as the above people said the major difference in
the crm 4.0, 5.0 only end user depeneds on GUI and there is
only win client.. and FROM CRM 6.0 SEP2009 ONWARDS THE END
USER IS CAN ACCESS THROUGH WEB UI NO INTERACTION WITH GUI,
& CLEARCLY FOR SOME MORE END USERS LIKE CIC WEB UI IS
INTRODUCED.
