Goto PRD system -> PFCG - >Utilities
->Click Display Changes
->Check Radio button Create and Delete role
-> Remove From date
->Execute
->result -> It will show all the roles created in the
production system.

There should never be any roles created in production,
rather they should be created in DEV, then tested in QAS by
a functional consultant then using a transport path be
transported into PRD.

Hi,

This is kiran....for every role a profile will be generated.

If a role is directly created in PRD(assume it as SID)
then the profile will be as PD-123456.
By this we can identify where the role is generated.

cOMPARE THE OUTPUT OF agr_define TABLE IN DEV AND PROD
SYSTEMS EXTERNALLY IN AN EXCEL SHEET. WE WILL FIND THE ROLES
THAT DO NOT CO EXIST IN DEV SYSTEMS.

BUT RESULTS WILL NOT BE ACCURATE IF ROLES HAVE LATER BEEN
DOWNLOADED FROM PROD AND UPLOADED INTO DEV SYSTEMS

The roles created in production can be found out through
SUIM.

Since all other roles are transported change documents will
not be found for those roles.

Only for roles created in that particular system you can
find change documents.

In 4.7 EE, we have an option as User -> Settings -> Automatic Comparison at Save. Is it right if i say that this option checked will automatically prompt for User cpompare when we simply save the data after entering the users to the role? But whether the option is checked or not i did not get any prompt for User compare on saving the data after entering Users info in the role. My another doubt is whats the difference between User and Complete Compare options. If i dont do complete Compare, wiill that effect? Is it right if i say that User compare assigns the users to the role and Complete Compare updates the user master recoirds , i.e., User master record comparison is current.
