Yes
because inthe domestic system the pricing procedure,
discounts, calculation procedure, taxes and currency
conversions etc all are different than exports
so we have to maintain saparate sales organisation for that
concern issues so we are mainintaing sepate sales org for
exports

Hi,
You can either have a separate SO Or use the same Sales organisation with different distribution channel. I.E., the Sales area can be different for exports so that the pricing procedure can be assigned to the designated sales area.
It all depends mainly on the business requirement of the particular company.

deal the legalitys of the exports and imports, cost factor
in transportaions,and insurance aspects,bank

We can handle this situation through different document
sales document type. It is not mendat to maintain different
sales org. This is only for different pricing procedure
determination. Because in export few pricing conditions may
change, and g/l account also may change.

No need to maintain diff sales organisation for export sales.
We need to maintain different Account group(ovt0)and need to create/classify the customer in the same.
We also define different Pricing procedure for export sales which will be applicable to the customers which we have defined in the Account group of export.

It is not necessary to have different sales org for Export orders. We can create another distribution channel for export and so the sales area should have different for domestic and export so we can assing export pricing procedure to export sales area.

How does system knows condition type weather its PR00,K004 and MWST .where the system Identifies ?
Material Determination Issue while posting billing document. I am taking about the standard process of SAP. Just try entry with Outcome as A while defining substitute reason and then process the order. It will show both the old and new material with item category as TAX and TAPS respectively. TAX for non- stock item- means as of now the material is not available. TAPS- the new material which has replaced the old material. Now, if you will see the configuration of item category TAX and TAPS in IDES, it would be more clearer as I mentioned in the first update. The only issue is - I am facing a problem in billing. Now if you re-consider my post, I guess it would be more clearer. However, the issue is that in billing its not showing the right price. Please suggest. Configuration - Item category- TAX- Old material. Billing relevance- A Stats- X Pricing- NO Item Category- TAPS- New materail Billing Relevance- A Stats- NO Pricing- Yes Because I want both the material in billing, so billing relevance is A. And I want the price of new material so for TAPS pricing - Yes. But every time I am trying system is taking the price of TAX. Not sure why? If I make it as vice- verse, thinking lets take the price of new material, now the system is taking the price of old .
