in simple maintaince, we can create multifull abject types
at a time and we can use it to see our organization
structure in graphic structure.

in export mode we can't create multifull abjects at a
time, & we cant use it to see in graphic mode.

In simple maintainence easy to create n no of
departments ,jobs, positions and are able to see in org
structure . but dis -advantage is like you cant view full
structure for that you have to use third party tools org
builder etc.
