Recruitment methods divided in to three categories
1. Direct method
2. Indirect method
3. Third Party method
Direct method, sending travelling recruiters to the
education institutions or colleges and they recruit the
students from there. Campus recruiting. In co-operation
with college placement office.
Indirect method, mostly advertising in Newspaper, journals,
Raido, Tv.
Third party methods, Private employment agencies,
Consultancies, Employee referrals, job portals
