In a fact table doesn't have the dimension table,Rather it
connects directly with the SID table of its sole
characteristic.
Line item dimension allows only one chararacteristic
instead dimension allows many characteristics.

The dimension tables more then 20% of the fact
tabl at that time we go for line item dimension
and we have only one chararacteristic we go for
