I don't think this is the right answer.

A) Full or direct upload
Each time the entire data is uploaded(Dupliacte records
added).

B) (I) Init => First time the entire data is loaded.
(II) Delta => The next time onwards the modified data
and (or) new datas uploaded.
Using this method we can avoid duplicate records.

from BW perspective ?.

Push and Pull methods are the update modes.
In OLTP, application data is pushed to the delta queue
without initiation from the bw. Example lo, fi-sl extractors
BW triggers extraction from OLTP. Example: Generic extractors
