To schedule planned orders for capacity leveling in SAP PP, follow these steps:

1. Create a detailed production order (DPO) or rough-cut production order (RCO) for the planned orders to be leveled.
2. Run the Master Production Scheduling (MPS) program (MM01) which generates production plans based on the material requirement plan (MRP). The MPS run will take into account the available capacities and create a schedule that aims to balance capacity usage across all operations.
3. Adjust the scheduled production orders if necessary by using the Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) program (ST-CRP1).
4. You can also use the Production Order Release Scheduling (PRS) program (ST-PRS) to fine-tune the start and due dates of individual production orders, further optimizing your capacity leveling.
