When a complaint is executed.
Say, a faulty material is returned back to plant from the
customer/consignee. The material is taken in to the blocked
stock, where by the quality link is involved. It's the
responsiblity of the quality department to check the
compalint and approve.
That's the reason we have billing block before issuing
credit note/memo to the customer.

when faulty material is returned by the customer, here quality is linked. quality person check whether the claim is genuine or not and then approve it.
that is why we have billing block before creating credit memo.

Hi Friends, Can any one of you give me /share the difficult / most challenging High priority / Emergency /medium tickets as this question is asked more frequently in all SAP SD interviews. Please provide 2-3 most difficult/ typical rare issues /tickets which can be explained easily in interview. Some materials have been blocked for procurement and production. Even though deletion flag is set for a material/plant level, the order can be still entered ( with a warning message). Is there a way to block such transactions for a material flagged for deletion?
