The user have auth-obj in his profile but he's not able to execute, if he run su53 he's not getting the error and also we cannot able to execute st01 if I do user buffer also its not fetching any data what should I do?

Use the transaction code PFUD to make sure that comparison between the role and user authorization are completed properly.
One question, does the transaction code is standard or specific ?
Then try again.

How to know the total no. of users in particular plant in sap?
one tcode,say sa38, is assigned to 10 diffrent users through a same role.I want to restrict one of those 10 users to execute only a few reports in sa38 but not all reports.what are the possible ways of getting it done?
