4. Delivery Date

Delivery split can occur for the following reasons.

1. Different delivery dates for line items. 
2. Different ship to parties for line items. 
3. Different routes for line items

so each item should have different delivery date, route and ship to party or at least one of them.

Just go to VL01N , before doing delivery delete the other three materials line item and do PGI . System will show only three material's line item while doing delivery next time ,delete the other two material's line item and do the PGI .

If you want system to take delivery split , then system will consider below points

1 . If ship to parties are different .
2 . Routes are different .
3 . Different shipping points
4 . Different delivery date
5 . If Incoterms are different
6 . Sometimes if exchange rates are different .

Dear ,

If you want to create the different delivery for four line item you can create the four different delivery by deleting the other line item in delivery document, this activity you need to do the no.of time = no. of Line item, for this different delivery you can create the single invoice by collective billing in T.code VF04.

in material sub stution when we sell the sub stute material with main item price it will display the list of materials with main price or only one substute material is substuted automatically in first senario i practed it will display the list of materials but price taking it's oown price.in 2 case substute item is picking main item price but it is possible for only one substute item only.may question is it possible to display list of material case 2?thanking you in advance
