IN vk11 we can maintain condition records for one condition
type at a time for 1 material.
IN Vk31 we can maintain n no of condition records for 1
material in one access.

one more difference is in vk 11 we can have have only one
key combination but in in vk31 you can have multiple
combinations of condtions
