Logical System is an unique name given to a new client. Logical system can be created using,
T-Code
BD54
(OR)
SALE
Goto T-code "SALE" -> Basic Settings -> Logical System -> Define a logical system.
Logical System name should be in a standard format like,
<SID>CLNT<CLIENT NUMBER>
Ex: EH5CLNT900

Logical system is a name given to the system to have its own or unique identity.If there is no logical name it is difficult to identity the system.
We can define this using SALE or BD54 T-code
