based on situation and error,we have to check.first we check sm50 for any report is running for along period of time.check st02 for buffer hit ratio.sm37 background jobs.db13 and db12 for checking backup status running or fail.sm21 and st22 for system logs and abap dumps. we have to check all this t-codes.
