To get a c license one must have completed be eee and have a minimum 2 years experience in ht equipments handling like transformer maintenance , ht cable laying, etc. To get that experience you need to work in electrical maintenance department in large plants ( any plant) like automobile manufacturing factory , foundry, etc. For example , tvs , wabco, hyundai etc . In chennai. After that you have to apply for license to govt. Then they will conduct an interview and if you pass you will get license. Of course vitamin "money" will be needed to speed up the process . Yet as it involves human life , interview and experience requirements cannot be bypassed using "m". To get the experience you have to work in those plants. To get work mostly reference is the best way for freshers
