If the neutral wire go pass through the core balance current
transformer? If yes then why? and no then why?

The neutral is requiered to pass through the core balance
CT together with the phase for the same circuit. It
operates on the current going through the pahse being
balanced with the current returning through the neutral. If
these are balanced the protection will not operate. If a
fault occurs (a short circuit to earth in either the phase
or neutral)some current will flow through the earth to the
neutral and not go through the CBCT. This will then operate
the protection.

If Current Flowing through the cable is balanced then
output of the CBCT through which the cable is passing is
zero. If you pass the Neutral through the CBCT and if fault
occurs then part of fault current will flow through the
Neutral which will also travel through the CBCT and CBCT
will not produce any output hence Protection will not
operate. Hence Neutral should not be passed through the CBCT

i have 400/230v transformer and didnt done the neutral eatrhing. i connected one lamp to one phase and neutral to the earth. but the lamp is not glowing. again i connected neutral to earth and repeated the same. then the lamp is glowing. in the first condition i tested with a line tester also, at that time the tesrer is glowing what is happening i dont know can any one help me?
