Earthing is called by connection of conductor or flat b/w
eletrical equipments to earth common terminal point..
Grounding means Earth pit for connection of collected all
electrical equipment earth points.

Grounding is an North American standard and earthing is
England standard.But no difference in b/w it.

earthing and grounding almost same. total equipments are earthed and connected to the earthgrid. grounding can done on the transformer neutral. that neutral should be grounded.
