If the neutral wire go pass through the core balance current
transformer? If yes then why? and no then why?

If Current Flowing through the cable is balanced then
output of the CBCT through which the cable is passing is
zero. If you pass the Neutral through the CBCT and if fault
occurs then part of fault current will flow through the
Neutral which will also travel through the CBCT and CBCT
will not produce any output hence Protection will not
operate. Hence Neutral should not be passed through the CBCT
