ROUTING IS NOTHING BUT LIST OF / SEQUENCE OF ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM TO PRODUCE ANY PRODUCT
RATE ROUTING:-
RATE ROUTING also same only thing is U cannot provide setup time and alternate sequence in Rate Routing.

In routing we can define all activities to be performed to produce the FG/SFG.
In rate routing also we can define all activities to be performed to produce FG/SFG but little difference is that we can define production version wise capacity details for proper utilization of work centers according to its production capacity.
