profit and cost centers are created in controlling area, if
controlling area is assigned to company code, then, you can
be able to use it for the assigned company code only.

Cost centers are created at company code level. Currency
used in creation of cost center is Company code currency.
House banks are created at company code level.
Profit centers are created at controlling area level.
