That's an option provided my sap system to delete but
normaly in production server when u raise a sale order a
doc no is generated & when u delete the order this doc no
is not assinged again, it would be missing for data
analysis for BW people so it is ADVISED not to delete the
sale order when raised in Production system, rather just
reject the order by select the reasons for order rejections
then this doc no will be available for data analysis as
order rejected.

we CAN delete the sales order provided there are no
subsequent documents(e.g. delivery, invoice). If they r, u
will have to delete them first, then n then only u can
delete the sales orders.
va02-->sales Document--> Delete.

Hi,

From CDPOS table we can get the deleted sales orders,

Enter OBJECTCLAS = VERKBELEG and CHNGIND = 'D.

Do not 'delete' a sales order or even an item from the order
if you use BW. Instead you can block the entire order using
the field Delivery Block at Header level or block any number
of items using the item level field 'Reason fo Rejection'.
If you delete the Sales Order, the reference to sales Order
number is lost. This interferes with the BW data analysis.

firstly u cannot delet the sales orders once they are saved
you can only cancel the sale order or reject the sale
order, in that case you can get the rejected sales order
numbers.
