you can set delivery block at sales document header or set
it at schedule line category. Setting at schedule line
catergory will be item category specific. For allowing
billing of this material set "Billing relevent" field in
item category as "Order related".

U can achive this by customising Item Categoreies for sales
order or schedule line categories .
in both we can find option for delivery block
for we can customize at header level also i.e. at sales
doc level.

Hi !

In this scenarion it is necessary to know the reson . why
u need to block . because for that you can generate a
solution to automatic block. otherwise u can put a manual
block there. Like credit.or logistic, or

Because u need to assign a workflow for that to create a
automatic block over there.
