Quotation comes under Sales & Service as well .

Sales Scenario -- Once the lead is qualified and
opportunity is created , sales team would send the
quotation to customer for a product .

Service Scenario -- If a customer does not have or warranty
or warranty period is lapsed , Service team would send
quotation for the service to the cusotmer , on customer
agreeness / go ahead, service order would be created .

Standard Transaction Type for quotation is -- AG

type for quotation is Sales and belongs to sales
functionality. After a quotation is approved, sales order is
created in the business process.
