if ever i am asked to do so.. and customer knows the actual
cost of pen... then i would never sell a pen...because
customer satisfaction is the main aim of selling. To
maintain long term relationship with the customer..we
should delight him with our right services and pricing

If the pen has to be sold at Rs.25 five times more than the
usual amount, that means you are selling pen with some
different feature and here in this case you have to focus on
the added features that you are provided with your
pen.Though customer may aware of the pen, he/she may not
aware of the added features.

add sum critical features to it . selling depends on how
you are winning the confidence of a customer . i can easily
do this. in today's show off world , customer wants status
and quality at the same time . make him realise that the
pen is worth of money . relate the brand of pen to the
status symbol.and the customer will be allured towards
that. what the montblanc pen and parker pen does ? all is
the status symbol which makes the customer feel proud.
for example , i have seen many corporates and ceo's having
deluxe pen in their pocket but using other reasonable pens
like reynolds, cello . the reason all depends on how the
marketeer is alluring customer towards him ?
