Actually the user id creations for the web ui is of Basis
team guy job . Still find below the steps to create users
for the web users.

1) First , create a user id with T-Code (/NSUO1)

1A) Give the logon /password details , parameter values

2) Define a Key navigation role ,

3 ) Define business role

4) Assign the business role to the position of an org
structure of the user.

there are two ways to assign a user to web ui
another way is go to su01 tcode and main tain user name &
password &go for parameter tab maintain business role u want
to use or use crmd_ui_profile &save than and enter user name
password if u want to use ur business role means u need to
use ur business role i n parameter tab if ur using
crmd_ui_profile all business role will be appeared
