shown by your prospective customer on products and
services. Date and Price nothing is relevant here.
BUT quotation is a legal agreement you offer to you
customer. You agree to the customer that you will charge a
particular amount to a particular quantity of a particular
product and this agreement is time limited and not valid
after that time duration.

Inquiry : IN is the nothing but inspection done by the
customer from sales organisation or company regarding to the
what is the price of the material,or providing the
service,the material is available or not in delivering
plant,or it its is possible to company that they will
provide the service or delivering the material on his
required delivery date.


Quotation : QT is the on kind of promise given by company to
the customer that we can say whatever the information given
by the company to the customer is true without any
obligation on specific price on specific period of the time.

What is your Team size? Please note that here Interviewer means the total persons/ headcount from all the modules? How to handle this question? Generally in a project whether big or medium size company how does a consultant know how much is the team size of all the modules altogether? Generally in a big company how much would be team size?
