(ex: sales org, dis ch,div, plant,etc)it is individual
determination: based on 2 or more conditions it will work or trigered (ex: item cat,shiping point,output etc)it is group

There are some more differences but this is the major.

in simple words-- cause you have made an assignment somewhere in the system, the system determines.

Suppose Shipping point XYZ is available in the system but if you have not assigned it to your plant, the system will not do Shipping Point Determination. :D

As you are solving the tickets can I know how you are getting the tickets ,any tool you are using to track all the tickets ? Can you give two or three tickets you resolved in the project ?
