data dictionary is the metadata ie data about the data. It
can be defined using DML in oracle or sql like attribute
types, no of rows , no of coloumns etc

Hi,
Data Dictionary is the abbreviated form for DDIC,DDIC has a
unique password based on Calender 19920706 and this has
been architecture only for SAP/R3 architecture as it is
developed in 1992 a unique password has been placed for
DDIC User.DDIC is a default inbuilt User when we install
SAP/R3.
