Yes they are almost the same with one little difference ,
which is:

In item proposal when u enter the details in the sales
document you have to click on propose items to get the list
the customer regularly purchases

While in dynamic product proposal once you specify the sold
to party and press enter , system automaticall gives you
the list of the materials the customer regularly purchases,
it a faster way of entry than item proposal

In the Item proposal.

While u are entering the materials for the particular sold to party while raising the sales order (the materials that are frequently taken by the customer will be displayed listed.

In the Dynamic Item proposal.

As soon as u enter the sold to party no in the va01 sales order the items regularly purchased by the customer will be listed automatically with out entering the material in the line item.

Both are used as the user order entry tools.But u need to assign these proposals to the document type(or).

As far as my knowldge is concerned,both product proposal
and item proposal are one and the same.the standard
document types are MS or PV.but i am not aware of the
dynamic product proposal.
To say in the short form the item proposals are nothing but
the order materials with quantities which can be copied
into the sales order.To configure, the trans code is-
VOV8.To create VA51.
Once you create u can assign the item proposal number to
the customer master at VD02 in "item proposal".
When ever the we create a sales order for the particular
customer system proposes the item proposal which contains
the line items with quantities to choose from.
An end user can choose the line items with or with out
quantity.
this is the great tool useful for the business.

Can any body help me regarding the following error occuring at the time of creating delivery?
