Select processing mode 1 batch job instead on 3 seen on save...schedule batch job vf31 in the evening

Main item is out of stock but free goods item is in stock. I want to deliver the the free goods only if the main item is fully delivered. How do i control this?

In a Third party process how does the company knows that the goods are delivered to the customer or not? What sort of communication happens between Customer to vendor, Vendor to company? Hoe does the communication happens or acknowledgement is given regarding delivery of goods to customer? Suppose if your vendor is not using SAP system in such a scenario how does the vendor communicate with the company reg delivery of goods to customer is there any tracking mechanism or control is there?I have been asked this question in an recent interview. While creating delivery with reference to order then i can't able to post goods issue getting error message: "Update control of movement type is incorrect entry 561 XX_L".... I got the answer: Mainly in standard settings there is movt type 601 for this purpose. And movt type 561 is mainly for initial stock upload. don't use this movt type for your requirement, if still if we want to use same then we can do this by changing this error to warning & proceed. so how to change the error message to warning...?
