sm21 shows the system log for the application server you're
currently logged on.I want to see the system logs of all
appliction servers.what to do?

sm21-->systemlog-->choose all remote system logs will give
you all system's logs with that system

You can go to tcode SM21. In the menu follow the following
path:
SystemLog ---> Choose---> All remote system log.
