Making currents in all phases equal so that there is no
current in neutral.Maximum imbalance allowed depends on
equipment and type. For capacitor bank 1% ,transmission
line 10% and distribution lines 20%.The relay settings are
at the %ges of full load currents.

What are the reason of unbalanced secondary voltage of HT transformer 33kv/6.6kv ? Incomming voltage is balanced.33kv each secondary voltage 6.6 kv 6.4 kv 6.4 kv At no load conditions.
