You must take care transformer sizing should be as per LV
switchgear available at your end.

Yes it is possible to step down from33/.433kv But it can only depend upon the transformer turn ratio its ht turn will be in large nos than 11/.433kv.

cuz u have to pass it first on substation (distribution
boards) to make it easier cut and start the current in case
of any fault happened and if u didnt do that damage we will
be easy not just easy very very very easy and cause the
transmission stations to damage and u will loss power when
u transform from 33kv to 430v directly ahuge amount of
current will be in the cable that means very huge cable
besides loads alaways

yes we can directly step down from 33/.433kv.
the lv side remains constant for 11 or 33kv & hv side
depends on load i.e,

for load upto 1.5 mva 11kv ht line is required,whereas
for load above 1.5 mva 33kv ht line is required
