How much quantity of Cement and Sand required for Cement
Sand Ratio of 1:1 and volume of pile is 0.61 m3

Keeping the casting of piling in mind on site,it would be
foolish to answer this kind of question as the concrete used
for casting is RMC where we dont get to know the proportions
of mixes the mix designer has used to design the specified
concrete.
Otherwise it is too simple to calculate from Nominal mix design

Answer / s.r.shiradhonkar
vol of pile is 0.63 cum
Material required
1bag of 50 kg
have volume 0.035 cum. there for bags required=0.244/.035=
7 bags.

For 1:1 Cement sand ratio
total volume of either will be same as the ratio will be
1:1
and Sand will cover about 80% volume hence 0.8*0.61=
0.488cum
and same vol of cement.

8. Volume of pile -.61m³
If you given cum your ratio is 1:1:2 not 1:1
Total ratio=1+1+2 = 4 so cement = .61/4=.1525m³= 4bags
Sand=.1525cum
Agg.=.1525*2=.305m³
