below one ohm should be maintain in neutral earthing.

for solid earthing it will come around - 5 ohms

for resistive earthing the value being 1 to 2 ohms

for reactance earthing the above value will come down
around , it will be les than 1 ohm ,

why not starting switch first connect in direct on line starter?????
