Usualy Mono Crystalline or polycrystalline solar cells have open cell voltage slightly above 0.6V. But, when loaded (a load is connected) it will come to 0.5V~0.6 V.

Some special cells have higher voltages like 0.7V (eg: Panasonic HIT/ LG MonoX NeON)
