As per Indian Standard(Modular)
Standard size of bricks - 190mm x 90mm x 90mm
Nominal bricks - 200mm x 100mm x 100mm(Nominal size of
bricks includes the mortar thickness and thus its size is
always more than the standard size specified above.
But actually,On site....the size of the bricks used commonly
in brick masonry= 250mm x 125mm x 75mm!!!
