You can create the "No Rehire" subtype (if you don't have
one) for Company Instructions infotype.
So, you can carry out the personnel action "seperate
employee" and choose "no rehire" during the Infogroup.

YES IT IS POSSIBLE BY DELEMITING THAT PERNR BY GOING TO
T.CODE PO13/PP01, THERE SELECT THE POSITION ID TO WHICH THE
