Minimum order value is specified in the order using a group
condition AMIW at the heder level. It is disributed among
all the items based on net item value

if the net item value of the order header is less than
minimum order value then system copies it as net order value.

Formula 13 is assigned to condition type AMIZ in the pricing
procedure(Minimum order value-net item value)

Example:

Header Level

Min Order value(AMIW): 225
Min Order value surcharge(AMIZ):45
net value; 225
Iten level

net item value: 100
Min Order value(AMIW): 125
Min Order value surcharge(AMIZ):25
Net Value: 125
