the database data is stored in logical entries known as
tablespaces. Tablespaces are oracle logical storage objects
working like folders that contains the database table data
or indexes. every tablespace corresponds to one or more
physical data files located on one or more disks. logical
storage is to increase flexibility when managing the
database allocated space. the tablespaces are with naming
convention psap<tsp><d/i> orace system tablespace basis
tablespace application tablespace customer tablespace
oracel system tablespace do not contain r3 data but are
required for the operation of the database. eg SYSTEM
PSAPROLL PSAPTEMP . Basis tablespaces these tablespaces
contain the r3 basis environment data
