megger is an instument which in addition to measurement of
high resistance can be used to test the quality of the
insulation at or above its operating voltage.
whereas earth tester is used to measure low earth resistance

Basically Both are DC generators having different scales.
Megger measures insulation resistance on higher scale while
earth tester on lower.

while earth tester is using for measured resistance between

megger is used for measuring insulation resistance in any
ohm range 15 tera ohms ,while earth tester is used for
measuring the
earth resistance which is always less than 10 ohms ie a low
resistance

Can we use a window type neutral CT instead of a bar type neutral CT. We have an issue with a neutral bar type CT of 800/1 ratio with a Circuit breaker NS800L shneider type, and we want to change it with a window type. Pls advise. Thanks
