Considering linear dimensions of one are K time then
(KVA)new=K^4(KVA)old

(KVA)new= 16 times of KVA old

According to Rudolf Richter “Electric Machines” vol III
Transformers the rated apparent power will be n^2 times this
of the smaller dimensions [So]:
Sn=n^2*So that means for twice in dimensions the rated could
be 4 times the rated of the smaller.
