Actually i dont know....But i think "OverFlow".....

in our transmisison sub station why we step down firstly 132kv\33kv then 33kv to 11kv. can we direct step down 132kv to 11kv.

hi this toufik here. i am doing my b.e.degree.now i am in final year and supposed to do a project in this year so i thinking to control the buchholz relay using software base means checking the status of transformer oil using microcontroler, plc or scada. so can i do so...??? alz suggest me...

We all have seen transmission and Distribution lines In transmission lines the voltage is high and current is low(to reduce I^2r loss) and in distribution lines voltage is low but current is high however the size of transmission wires is bigger than that of distribution wires even though the amount of current carried by the distribution lines is more than that of transmission lines why?

Leading power factor means what? what is the power factor value while in power factor is leading? is power factor greater than one? In some cases i heard pf 0.8 leading then what about 0.8 lagging?
