"Line Trap" are used on old HV networks, they are fitted for the interception of inter-trip signals between two connected substations.
The new method is to have a digital communication channel between the substations so the protection at both ends are constantly communicating with each other
Yes the "Line Trap" on each protected circuit has its own tuned frequency.

1. for eg, capacitor is used for many purposes(it act as filter, oscillator, bypass capacitor, memory storage etc...) 2. Please tell me some example circuits for different uses of capacitor( whenever and whereever and however we used capacitor as a filter, oscillator tuning etc..) 3. similarly for inductor and resistors(it act as what?) and when and how we want to act as like that?, and how we can used these components depends upon our requirments with example circuits and explanation? design to act as these components depends
i am using auto transformer for starting of induction motor to provide reduse voltages...but the principle of a tansformer according to definition"which transform energy to on circuit to another circuit with constant power and constant frequency". so if i am using reduse voltage then current obsely hige because power is same.but we use auto transfarmer for starting of induction motor to give low current.but here according to definition we are giving hige current.
I have 11KV/415V power distribution transformer. I have found unbalance current in LT (415V) side. Also observed that unbalance voltage (3V) at LV side due to HV side unbalance voltage. What should I check for this? Also, the same LV side load can run in balance on captive power.
Why you are switching off arc protection mcb when you are taking shutdown for lv board.
