you can configure SLA in SAP Solution Manager for VAR
service desk. Call the tcode CRMD_SERV_SLA and then
configure the service profile, the response profile, and
the indication for response time.

SLA means a agreement between client and the implimentation
company. its a document which contain the what company is
going to give and what client is going to pay.

Now i am really surprised when u ask how to configure it in
SAP. will this be configured. can u configure a sale deed
into sap? isn't it. in the same way its a document. not
configured in functionality to configure in SAP
